Monday Denial
I would like to say that I can think of about a million things I would rather do than go to work today but I can’t. I can only think that I would rather stay in bed and pretend that it’s not time to go yet. But I will go into the office with my great big Human Resources smile painted on my face, asking everyone how their weekend was and telling them mine was “great!”.

Something to Undo
Vulnerability is my gaping wound that refuses to heal. It screams insecurity, self doubt and the occasional sense of self loathing. It makes my heart bleed and just when I think I have it under control someone can walk through the door of my favorite bar and remind me, after knowing him only 2 weeks, that this infected sore is something for which there is just no cure.
